QHSE is one of DOT’s most important departments and has the overall responsibility for ensuring compliance to the Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality aspects. This department consists of following sections:

HSE Section:

  • Preventing accidents,incidents & environmental pollutions
  • Ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe  manner  with  minimal  impact  on  the environment.
  • Ensuring that hazards & their associated risks arising through DOT business are identified and controlled so far as is reasonably practicable in order to achieve accident free, safe, healthy and environmentally sound work places.
  • Efficient utilization of material, energy and other resources to mitigate all significant environmental impacts.
  • Promote high standards with a view to continuous improvement of its performance in relation with Health, Safety& the Environment.

QC Section:

Controlling all aspects of quality to ensure that installation, testing, commissioning & certification are carried out in accordance with costumer’s expectation, contract specification, quality policy and also objectives of DOT.

QA Section:

  • Implementing & Developing the company quality system in accordance with corporate policy.
  • Preparation of Coordinating procedures and project quality plans.
  • Planning & organizing internal & external quality audits .
  • Identifying non- compliance activities, existing and potential quality problems & recommending the solution
  • Verifying that preventive and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
