With the restless efforts of its professional technical crew and specialists, DOT Co. managed to successfully complete the pipe-laying operations of the Hengam Pipelaying  Project at the Hengam Oilfield on the eve of Friday the 18th of Ordibehesht 1388 (May 8, 2009) utilizing the PLB 132 Pipe Laying Barge.

 This pipe-laying operation was the first to be carried out with the use of a Pipe-laying Barge manufactured entirely in Iran. The majority of the projects operations were executed and managed by DOT Co. professionals.

 It should be noted that the operations of this project were initially kicked off on 23rd of Esfand 1387 (March 13, 2009) by laying the first 600 meters using the Shore Pull method whereas the rest of the 38,200 meters of the pipeline were laid in approximately 45 days, using the Normal Lay method.
