On 14th November 2007, KPP topside in weight of 7500 tons, loaded out in SADRA industrial Island by Iranian elite specialists of  "Deep Offshore Technology" Co. and placed on SADRA FLB124 cargo barge by SKIDDING method. Its sea-fastening operation is also ongoing.
KPP topside with eight legs and dimension of about 50x50x20 m, is the biggest production platform in Persian Gulf from point of dimension and weight.
KPP topside would initially produce gas extracted from DALAN gas field wells. About 550 millions cubic feet of gas per day (CFD) is transferred to Siri Island in Persian Gulf through subsea pipeline.  About 800 barrels of gas condensate are also transferred to existing facilities per day.
Deep Offshore Technology Co., will install KPP Topside, by float over method at offshore site upon completion of sea fastening operation.
